Job Description
Preparing Verified statement report for EU ETS and FEUM.
Data validation and submission for IMO DCS and EUMRV related data.
Development of EU MRV and FUEL EU Monitoring Plan.
Handling Procurement related activities for online EU ETS (Emission Trading Scheme) platform and Fuel EU penalty.
Following up with Shipowners and Charterers for EUA (Emission under allowances) transaction and invoicing them.
Keep track record of emission related data vessel and fleet wise for different shipowners.
Establish and maintain a system for controlling and updating all relevant documents, records, and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
Implement and maintain a version control system to track changes in documentation and online platform.
Prepare templates for reporting and verification in alignments with upcoming IMO and Local regulations.
Ensure compliance with environmental management requirements and maintain related documentation.
Handling external clients for EU ETS and FEUM related services.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
Familiarity with the operations and processes of the Maritime industry.
Maritime experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Understanding of EU MRV, UKMRV and FUEL EU
Understanding of Procurement process.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for communicating standards, procedures, and changes to stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to analyse processes, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Ability to identify and solve problems related to compliance and operational processes.
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
