Azolla announces a strategic collaboration with Maritime Research Institute Netherlands(MARIN) in an initiative to enhance sustainable maritime. This collaboration was inaugurated by a week-long workshop hosted at our Chennai office, symbolising the commencement of a journey focused on refining Azolla's offerings and pioneering sustainable maritime solutions.

At the core of this collaboration is recognising the pivotal role hydrodynamics plays in predicting and achieving substantial reductions in carbon emissions and fuel consumption within the maritime industry. Understanding the intricate dynamics governing a vessel's interactions with water becomes paramount for achieving accurate predictions, influencing everything from propulsion efficiency to overall operational performance.
Recognising the critical importance of hydrodynamics in these predictions, Azolla has collaborated with the distinguished Maritime Research Institute Netherlands(MARIN).
By leveraging this collaboration, Azolla is poised to deepen its understanding of hydrodynamics, gaining insights beyond theoretical frameworks. With this new weapon in our armoury, Azolla is not merely advancing its internal expertise in hydrodynamics but also strategically translating these insights into actionable solutions for ship owners, charterers, and managers.
For clients, this means navigating the complexities of maritime operations with precision and foresight, ensuring the closest to real-world estimates on the prediction of carbon abatement, reduced fuel consumptions and pay-back period.
